Its parent company is CareStar, Inc., a private, Ohio based corporation providing quality case management services with multi-state operations and recognized as a leader in Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)

CareStar of Indiana, LLC provides solutions for governments, organizations and individuals responsible for the care of consumers requiring home and community-based services. CareStar provides exceptional business solutions that improve the communities it serves by combining quality and innovation.
Current operations include case management service coordination for Waiver approved aged, disabled, and traumatic brain injured consumers; and Adult Foster Care support and service coordination for disabled Hoosier’s.
