It's not that I like hearing how bad our competitors are; it just makes me appreciate where I work and what I do for peoople. We know that people seek out nice places that feel like home, where neighbors are neighborly and there's a sense of belonging. I work for the company that makes all that possible. Other companies, they don't get that this is a people business, not a paper business. We do, and that's why we're so successful.
