The time was July 2011 at the Antwerp Branch of Capco. It was my first day and I really didn’t know what to expect. The mere thought of strangers "forming the future of finance" made me uneasy. These feelings were quickly laid to rest when I was greeted with a warm welcome by my fellow Capco colleagues during the Introduction day. Because of the great induction plan and the proactive mindset of the Capco Project Team, I was immediately immersed into projects and internal initiatives. The content of the project I was working on was challenging and introduced me to a multinational environment, enabling me to expand both my industry skills and people skills liaising with the client. Moreover, the flat structure of the organization allows junior staff to rapidly gain experience from other senior professionals whilst providing our clients with the best service possible. Thus far, Capco has been a hands on and open minded culture where your input is appreciated and you can make a difference!
