Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) “Commonly known as Japan Center”, was established in 2004 in the purpose of training and enhancing Human Resource Development to ensure the highly competent and qualified human resources, and to continue strengthening and expanding mutual understanding and cooperation between Japan and Cambodia through the three main activities; Human Resource Development (HRD) Course, Japanese Language Course, and Exchange Program. In March 2009, project phase1 has been finished, and from April 2009 to March 2014, the project phase 2 has been implementing it 5 years term project with the purpose of “CJCC becomes the human resource development and information center to promote private sector development in Cambodia”
