Agga Coffee commit to social justice. Most coffee farmers in southern countries work on large plantations where they are exploited and underpaid. Members of the ECO (Equitable Commerce Organization)want to fight this injustice by buying directly from cooperatives made up of smaller producers and paying a fair price for the product. This enables the co-ops to reinvest in their farms,and finance long-term development of their communities while using farming prractices that don't harm the environment.
