I don't enjoy heavy sales/referral based networking. But BMM is more about learning from each other - there is no pushy selling. Collaboration is the theme. It's not just learning another business owners specialist skills, but how they may have dealt successfully with the exact challenge you have in your business right now. BMM is a great concept, and full credit must go to Angelique for not only developing the idea, but also attracting so many smart & successful business owners.

It’s lonely at the top! If you are feeling isolated in your business, wondering where to go for inspiration, ideas and ongoing motivation or just desire the companionship of like mined people, book yourself into a Business Masterminds meeting. I highly recommend it. Just as a visitor, and before becoming a member, the group brainstormed one of my business issues that led to very lucrative rebranding of my business, with the business still growing. Much more had to be experienced to be believed.

This is a very different kind of networking experience to any I've experienced before. It's founded on ideas rather than referrals. It's about a group of like-minded individuals sharing ideas that can make a difference to your SME business. I always come away from these meetings feeling invigorated - like someone's lifted some of the weight of responsibility off my back, because we all share ta similar load, and we all have different ideas of lightening it.

Being a part of the BMM community is having a positive effect on my life every day. The business friendships that I am forming are real, valid and valuable regardless of whether a business transaction is made. If you want real progress to your business vision whatever that may be and you've got better things to do than give a bunch of business cards to a group of strangers (traditional networking) you should come and take a closer look.
