The Brown Brothers are Joe and Paul Brown. Born in New York, raised in New Jersey, our exposure to real barbeque was limited to say the least. As we grew older and began cooking, food became a passion for the both of us. Paul has over 10 years of experience working in restaurants and Joe is a web developer that has a passion for good food.
5 Years In The Making
5 years ago we built a fire pit and began using it to cook. We were so impressed by the flavors we got from cooking over a wood fire, we instantly fell in love with smoking meats. After hours of research on barbeque rubs, barbeque sauces, and smoking techinques, and hours working the pit, we have food that we want to share with the world.

Our goal as New Jersey barbeque caterers is to give people from New Jersey a taste of how real old fashion barbeque is done. All of our recipes are homemade and our food is smoked at home. We put many hours in to our recipes and we want to share our barbeque with you.
