BritDAQ was formed in late 2009, by a small group of entrepreneurs that have years of experience in both the public and private business sectors.They could see that the public stock markets were not helping smaller companies and their investors.
We encourage companies to write regular updates to shareholders, and we provide a communications channel between shareholders, new investors, and all private companies that sign up. Shareholders may discuss their shareholdings, their thoughts and intentions, company prospects, the worth of their holdings and possible exit strategies.
BritDAQ keeps the share register of all its private companies.
