The Graduates & Young Professionals side of the business specialises in candidates with up to c. 5-8 years’ experience; we are demographic specialists and cover a wide range of industries. These include Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Property, Executive Search, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing, TMT, Commerce & Industry and Events & Hospitality.
Through our student and graduate focussed temporary staffing business we employ thousands of students from some of the UK’s top universities to work directly for our Event Staffing team; since we launched in 2003 we have employed over 5000 staff directly. We provide a full range of Event & Hospitality staff to a wide range of events of all sizes.
As a result, we build comprehensive profiles of our staff and have an unparalleled network of Students, Graduates and Young Professionals. We use these to best match our candidates with our clients’ requirements once they have graduated and as they progress up the career ladder.
We are also able to run entire recruitment campaigns on an outsourced/RPO basis; a service we call “Brightsparks Inside”.
