The basis for our work is a novel framework for transformational innovation & iconic branding. This process was distilled by analyzing disruptive and iconic brands across many categories: Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Apple, Nike, Gatorade etc.
A key insight is that all these brands were created and incubated by small entrepreneurs, not large corporations (albeit these brands became large corporations). A related and even more paradigm shifting insight is that these "small" entrepreneurs invariably came from outside the industries they transformed. So, the two factors one would intuitively assume as critical for creating Iconic Brands are missing from the equation - big resources and industry experience!
There are 6 key Iconic Entrepreneurship principles that have been derived from this study, and are being taught at Emory University and Georgia State.
These principles, in combination with cutting edge research tools, are the basis on which we help develop breakthrough business ideas in a cost effective and risk managed way. This process saves money and time – after all, its based on entrepreneurship!
