Barbra I. Black has been practicing law for over seventeen years and is a founding member of Black & Vitelli, LLC. Attorney Black is a former partner of Burns & Levinson, LLP, where she worked for over eight years in the firm’s Divorce and Family Law group. Prior to that, she was a solo practitioner for several years, concentrating her practice in domestic relations, criminal defense and residential real estate. As a solo practitioner, Attorney Black represented the defendant in Commonwealth vs. Sands, 424 Mass. 184, which resulted in new Massachusetts case law regarding the admissibility of a specific field sobriety test.
Sarah B. Vitelli has been working in the field of immigration law for over seven years. Ms. Vitelli worked as a law clerk for Harrington Law offices where she represented a wide variety of clients in employment and family-based immigration matters as well as removal/deportation. Prior to that, she worked at Ross, Silverman & Levy, LLP where she assisted many clients in securing employment-based visas and permanent residency status in the United States. Ms. Vitelli also has personal injury law experience, handling cases for individuals who have been injured in motor vehicle and premises liability accidents.
