BIGGBY COFFEE is a privately owned coffee franchise business based in East Lansing, Michigan. Founded March 1995 as Beaner's by Bob Fish and Mary Roszel, the first location opened its doors in East Lansing near the campus of Michigan State University on March 15, 1995. The company changed its name to BIGGBY COFFEE in late 2007.
BIGGBY COFFEE began franchising in 1999. As of November 2011, BIGGBY COFFEE had 137 stores open or under contract in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin.
