BaseTek, LLC, founded in 2001, specializes in the design and build of polymer castings constructed of our Zanite polymer concrete. Typical applications include ANSI/ASME pump bases and specialty rotating equipment baseplates, along with foundations found in the machine tool, metrology, semiconductor, inspection, testing, laser cutting, automotive and printing industry.
Our base foundations offer significant vibration damping, enhanced thermal stability and outstanding corrosion resistance over typical metal structures. We also fill existing weldments of most any shape or size to enhance the vibration damping and reliability of your structure and equipment.
Our proprietary polymer composite material designed for casting our engineered bases and structural components. Zanite is a combination of epoxy, high quality natural quartz aggregate and selected additives creating an environmentally friendly material used as a non-metallic polymer concrete.
Zanite offers significant vibration reduction, thermal stability and superior corrosion resistance and can be cast to exact finished tolerances. Zanite replaces traditional materials, such as iron, aluminum and steel, used in the manufacture of bases and other like structural components.
