Atlantis Group What’s the lighting like where you are now? Because you might like to know that LED lights have a lifespan of 100,000 hours without degradation. At about 8 hours usage a day, that’s an amazing life expectancy of 30 years. Also, maintenance costs of old style lights are very high, with an electricians callout being over £50. Atlantis Estates use LED lighting. For every property that’s managed, we encourage the use of LEDs because it helps to keep costs down and it easily complies with the latest energy saving regulations.
