ANSER

In 1958 the Air Force needed a technically qualified unbiased organization that could rapidly provide analysis for identified and evolving mission requirements. Resulting from this need and with the assistance of the Rand Corporation, Analytic Services Inc. was formed. Our client base has grown since 1958 but we haven’t lost the insight and innovation that lead us here.

Today Analytic Services is a public-service research institute organized as a not-for-profit corporation. We deliver capabilities through ANSER, the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute (HSI), a Federally Funded Research & Development Center (FFRDC) operated on behalf of DHS and the Applied Systems Thinking Institute (ASysT). Analytic Services applies its Differentiating Capabilities to twelve Mission Areas while committing itself to public service to maintain the public trust. Our team is comprised of seasoned national security practitioners devoted to applying a systemic approach to find solutions for complex problems.
