At ANH's bankruptcy division, we represent individuals and small businesses in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 Bankruptcy. We also prosecute and defend adversary proceedings and handle all manners of debtor/creditor issues
At ANH's business development division we empower entrepreneurs and small businesses. We help setup new business entities/ventures and draft all manners of transactional business documents such as buy/sell assets/equipment agreements and real estate development agreement.
