Americas Home Place was founded in 1972 by its current CEO Barry Conner. Mr. Conner had a vision to create a company that could build quality, custom homes better, faster and at a lower cost than his competitors.
Following the Principles Over Profit philosophy of other successful business leaders, Mr. Conner believed that if you provided customers a quality built home, at a better price, and treated customers with respect always following good, honest principles, our business would be successful.
Now, nearly four decades later, Americas Home Place is among the largest independent custom home builders in the country. Americas Home Place has 40 Custom Home Building Centers and Custom Home Model Centers located throughout 11 states. Americas Home place continues to expand to serve the growing need for quality, custom homes at affordable prices.
