Owned and operated by the Kaplan family, Amber Pharmacy is currently in its 13th year of operation. Amber Pharmacy’s hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via toll-free telephone.
Each patient at Amber Pharmacy is assigned a dedicated personal healthcare team that is devoted to patient care. The healthcare team consists of the following: a highly experienced Pharmacist to provide high quality clinical care, conduct drug utilization reviews, and provide counseling and support. The Patient Enrollment Specialist verifies insurance and schedules a convenient time for pick-up or delivery of medications. The Personal Care Coordinator is the patient’s front line of support and calls with refill reminders. A Billing Coordinator conducts a comprehensive review of insurance coverage and benefits, coordinates multiple payers processing, and researches and facilitates enrollment in manufacturer co-pay and discount voucher programs to help manage out-of-pocket costs.
