Agent Rain LLC was created in 2006 by a group of managers of one of the nation’s largest multi-lines insurance companies to help recruit potential agent candidates in local markets around the country. Using a unique resume sourcing technique, we were able to reach the best agent candidates before other recruiters had a chance. Customers found a great deal of value in having an ongoing recruiting campaign that was working around the clock, even when they were not. In addition, they found our reasonable rates a welcome relief from other sourcing companies they had worked with in the past. Word soon spread of our success and our customer base grew rapidly.
