It was in 2007, when two translators had an idea to establish a company. They knew the translation world from the point of view of a translator but they had another vision. Their goal was to raise the bar of quality translations by working closely with translators and clients and offering professional work. The objective was to let clients and translators grow with us. At first they wanted to offer translations only into their own mother tongues – Dutch and Estonian. But the business grew bigger day by day. By now, Acute Translations has evolved into a multilingual translation service agency, however, the values have not changed.
Acute Translations is offering a full spectrum of language services including translation, proofreading, editing, copywriting, localization, DTP, transcription, interpreting. We offer all this in various languages. Our database of translators is growing daily. We test our translators because we want to be sure that what we promise is what the client gets. At present we have 5,000 translators, who help us to offer translations in a number of subject areas, from slogans and labels to contracts and highly technical manuals.
