Abantail belongs to the MONDRAGON business corporation, forming part of the Engineering and Educational and Entrepreneurial Services Division of its Industrial group.
Abantail was created in 2004 as a spin-off of the IKERLAN Technology Centre, in collaboration with the consultancy company LKS, and it inherited over 12 years’ experience from these companies.

Abantail es una de las cooperativas que conforman la Corporación MONDRAGON, estando integrada en la División de Ingeniería y Servicios Educativos y Empresariales de su Grupo Industrial.
Abantail fue creada en el año 2004 como spin-off del Centro Tecnológico IKERLAN en colaboración con la consultoría LKS. De estas empresas heredó una experiencia de más de 12 años en proyectos de automatización del Diseño Adaptativo (IKERLAN) y en consultoría para la mejora de la competitividad de las empresas (LKS).
