Shell is in my opinion, first and foremost, a company that offers its employees a world of opportunities. One of the defining elements of what Shell has to offer its Graduates, is real jobs, with real responsibilities. Indeed, often times I have found myself operating quite far out of my comfort zone. While this is not easy, at times even a little harrowing, it does make for a very rich learning experience. Also, there is a lot of room to further develop your particular strengths and skills; in fact, you are actually very much encouraged to do so! I have been able to learn great deal so far, while my journey within Shell has only just begun.
