Nurturing the Next Generation of Diverse Young Leaders
Crossroads for Kids inspires at-risk youth to develop their innate potential become members of the next generation of diverse young leaders in Boston and Massachusetts, breaking the cycle of poverty and underachievement and yielding systemic change in the communities where they live. Through a unique combination of immersive summer camp and year-round mentoring and enrichment programs, Crossroads provides youth ages 7 – 18 years old with comprehensive support, resources and opportunities which guide them toward academic success, higher education, meaningful careers and responsible citizenship.
What We Do
Crossroads for Kids combines school-year programs and immersive summer camp experiences to provide at-risk youth with a supportive community and access to experiences and resources that help them discover self -confidence, graduate from high school, seek higher education and become members of the next generation of diverse young leaders.
How It Works
Youth enter the Crossroads for Kids 10-year program with their first summer of summer camp and then transition into our year-round programming via the Camper Continuity Initiative and
matriculate into our C5 Teen program in the 7th grade.
