Capstone On-Campus Management (“COCM”) has a unique focus on providing student housing management and consulting services for non-profit owners -- the majority of which is located directly on a campus.
We currently manage 21,994 beds of student housing at 20 campuses -- reflecting $1.5 billion in assets.
We also offer a consulting service we call, "Fresh Eyes," which is an affordable and efficient (3 consecutive days) service to help universities align their housing programs (and the related student services) with enrollment management goals.
Our Fresh Eyes consulting can also serve as a valuable resource to architects and master planners who focus on student housing or for which student housing is a component of their master planning services.
