Elvis Oxley is President and founder of Oxley Consulting, LLC, a boutique government marketing strategies firm advancing the growth of enterprise businesses. Oxley has been lauded for his consistently innovative approaches to both problem solving and relationship building. Oxley Consulting (www.oxley-consulting.com) offers its clients a unique hybrid between government marketing services and comprehensive business development strategies.
Oxley Consulting aligns our capital partners with enterprise businesses in order to increase productivity and output, facilitate acquisitions, and capitalize on new sectors. We have repeatedly leveraged our capabilities and contacts to create effective new sales & marketing strategies for Inc. 500 companies, inclusive of foreign market immersion, government sales vertical development, and elevating the marketing & sales expertise of privately owned enterprises. We focus on introducing businesses outside Washington to government agencies so that they may have some of the same advantages as large Beltway Bandits.
Additionally, in 2009, Oxley and three partners founded Quad Xenos Partners, LLC (www.qxpartners.com), a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business. As a qualified disadvantaged business, QX Partners teams our subject matter experts with certain manufacturers and service providers in order to provide the Federal government with unique goods and services of which they are in need.
Prior to establishing his own businesses, Oxley directed marketing communications strategies for a variety of large multi-national firms, enterprise businesses and non-governmental organizations.
He is an active member of the US Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, National Italian American Association, Afghan American Chamber of Commerce, GWU Executive MBA Alumni Board, and the American Marketing Association.
