Riverdale Mediation is a group of lawyers and mental health professionals who work in association as mediators, arbitrators, teachers/trainers and parenting coordinators. Hilary Linton, a former law partner in Toronto, started the business in 2001. Our mediation associates are Susan Jack of Smith Family Law Group and Kim James, a social worker. Each case has an assigned intern. Our teaching associates are Dr. Barbara Fidler, Tom Bastedo (of Bastedo Stewart Smith LLP), Dr. Barbara Benoliel (Preferred Solutions Inc.) Claudette Reimer (The Mediation Centre of Simcoe County) and Heather Swartz (Agree Inc.), among others. Our interns our constantly changing. Our assistants are Valérie Siébert and Marlo Drago.
