SpecSys Inc. specializes in design and development of machinery and mobile equipment for OEM clients across North America and throughout the world. SpecSys was founded in March of 1997 and has grown quickly to be a premiere engineering design firm. SpecSys currently employs 150 people, providing a quarter million hours annually of direct labor and engineering services. In the fall of 2005 SpecSys was named the entrepreneurial business of the year for Southwest MN, providing recognition to the employees for a job well done. This job well done is reinforced by the fact that SpecSys provides nearly $35,000,000 worth of annual economic stimulus to the West Central MN communities.
