The Aquaponic Source is a company founded on the mission of being the trusted resource for everything the home, or backyard, aquaponic gardener needs. “What is aquaponic gardening”, you ask? At its most basic, aquaponics is a synergistic growing technique in which you grow both fish and plants. The fish waste feeds the growing plants using organic hydroponic techniques. The plants, in turn, clean and filter the water that returns to the fish environment. Spend time exploring our website, however, and we think you will find that there is much more to it than that.
Our company is dedicated to aquaponic gardening “how to” and building community around our shared experiences. We also offer products from the hydroponic, gardening, and the aquaculture worlds that we have selected specifically with the aquaponic gardener in mind.
