Wish Upon a Wedding is America's only wedding wish granting organization. As a 501c3 organization, whose primary purpose is to serve as a charitable wish granting organization, our mission is to grant weddings and/or civil union ceremonies to individuals or couples, who are facing serious or life-threatening medical conditions, regardless of sexual orientation. These weddings or civil union ceremonies will take place in hospitals, hospices, wedding venues, or other locations across the United States.
