After experiencing a major lifestyle change through the practice of Yoga over five years ago, Kelsey Marshall founded Fluid Movements in 2008 to share her living ideals and help bring harmony to the body and mind of her clients. She now combines her knowledge and experience as both a Certified Yoga Instructor and an Intermediate Certified Colon Hydrotherapist with I-ACT (International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy)
