From Kaizen IT Services, we provide IT infrastructure Support services, IT Workforce Solution and Software Development Services. Our permanent headcount is nearly 700 spread over Pan India. We particularly specialise in providing outsourcing services to Large IT MNCs. Some of whom, we work with are IBM, Wipro, HP, AT&T, Network Solutions etc. Other than managing IT Infrastructure projects with onsite engineers, we also manage dispersed users "on request" service, reducing the cost substantially. We handle large multivendor AMC contracts as well. In the software front we work in Finance, Education and Government Verticals. We are particularly specialised in low cost ERP solution for Micro Finance segment. Around 30 schools & colleges in Eastern india uses our solution.
We implemented ISO 9001 in our organisation three years back and took process as a way of life.
