3D Technologies R&D provides interactive 3D applications and real-time rendering solutions.
3D Technologies R&D AS was established in 2006 by a skilled team with the goal of developing a platform for the display of 3D objects on the web and creating low-cost end-user applications based on the platform.
Since 2009 we have introduced several successful solutions based on 3D technology:
3D Wayfinder is an interactive application for large public buildings designed to help visitors find their destinations. It is targeted at shopping malls, department stores, airports, train stations, hospitals, campuses, office buildings, convention centers etc. The 3D Wayfinder works in touch-screen kiosks.
3D Kiosk is interactive software for displaying objects in three-dimensional form on touch screens. The 3D Kiosk is designed for museums and showrooms. Currently, the solution is implemented in a number of museums and visitor centers for presenting various objects as real-time rendering. A short videoclip about the software is available at http://bit.ly/eSegPh
The Amandus Adamson Studio Museum is using 3D Kiosk for exhibiting its collection works by the Estonia’s most prominent sculptor.
The Piusa Visitor Center is currently presenting sand caverns with an interactive solution. A short video clip about the solution (screen capture) is available at: http://bit.ly/hM6Gu1
