What we do
We help executives and managers to adjust their strategy and internal organization to the (intended) business environment. To this end we offer a coherent set of analytics, consulting and trainings based on the 3T logic model and other robust methodology.
The T's in our brand represent three organizational profiles: Train (rational), Tennis (relational) and Tapir (generative). Each T has its own potential, respectively: efficiency, flexibility and innovation.
