Eagle Hospital Physicians

Eagle is an independent, physician-led company that focuses on developing and managing hospitalist practices for client hospitals. Founded in 1998, Eagle was one of the first to emerge in the hospitalist arena and continues to serve as a pioneer in the industry today, leading practical management tools and innovative solutions like remote presence hospitalists through the use of telemedicine.

While hospitalist services is a specialty in itself, consisting of medical specialists that focus solely on inpatient care, many of Eagle physicians have chosen subspecialties, such as night coverage, neurology services and telemedicine.

Eagle currently operates programs in more than 10 states in about 25 hospitals, employing 300+ full-time and part-time hospitalists. Our hospital clients range in size and geographic location, from less than 50 beds to more than 500 beds, in both non-urban and urban locations.
