We’ve been around since 2001 as a specialist Technology, Media and Communications recruitment and executive search firm. Our consultants are deep specialists within their own niche areas of these markets.

We’re a little more casual than most because we believe that doing an exceptional job has nothing to do with a fancy suit or a slick sales pitch. We’re not interested in being the biggest or trying to be all things to all people, we know who we are and importantly who we are not. Our motivation comes from a competitive drive simply to be the best and to build something we’re proud to put our names to.

We run a unique “Candidate First” model where our focus is building strong, long-term and trusted relationships with a core group of exceptional candidates within tightly defined niches. This means we’re very clear on exactly where we can assist and if we can’t, we’ll tell you.
