Experts in developing Force.com solutions for Life Sciences.
Mavens has a comprehensive hiring, training, and ramping process designed to develop and hone your skills. This reflects our commitment to invest in you.
Hiring
Initially, you will be interviewed by Mavens consultants who will gauge your subject matter, functional, and technical expertise. Successful candidates will be asked to present a functional/technical Case Study to a fictitious client. As with the real world, all questions should be anticipated! We want to see how you both engage clients and think through the business challenges.
Training & Certification
If you are the right candidate we’ll provide you the time and resources you need to be successful, including getting you certified. We’ll also train you (both in class and one-on-one), have you shadow projects, and couple you with a mentor. Success has no timeline, so we won’t rush you unless we are all confident that you are ready.
