Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. (RCIL) is committed to working with individuals, families, and communities to promote independent living and individual choice to persons with disabilities.
Background
The purpose of the Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. is to enhance the capacity of persons with disabilities to the maximum extent possible to control their lives and live independently within their respective communities served by RCIL.
RCIL is a regularly and properly organized not for profit corporation under the laws of the state of KANSAS, having been incorporated in Kansas on the 21st day of September, 1984. RCIL was incorporated by Bill Reyer and originally located in Carbondale, Kansas. RCIL is exempt from Federal Income tax under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
