Roger S. Weinberg has been practicing law in Maryland since 1983. He was formerly on the Board of Governors for the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association (Now known as Maryland Association for Justice) from 2001 to 2008. He founded the MTLA Nursing Home Section and served as its chair from 2001 to 2004. He has been active in both the AAJ and MAJ nursing sections. His practice concentrates on long term care litigation, catastrophic accidents, wrongful death, vehicle accidents, and estate litigation.
