Everyone at RDHA exceeds the yearly requirements for continuing education. Dr. Smith and his staff attend the multi-day Star of the North meeting in St. Paul each spring, as well as shorter courses offered throughout the year. Dr. Smith and staff are all CPR certified, and also are tested and updated yearly on infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
