Our clients range from individual private buyers and householders to developers, banks, solicitors and accountancy practices. We are determined to achieve the highest standards of professionalism, work is dealt with swiftly and thoroughly; we are generally able to give initial advice by telephone and to try to keep our clients apprised of progress of any ongoing matters that we are dealing with.
The practice headed up by Simon Price who is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is a Building Surveyor and Valuer, the firm is Regulated by RICS and Simon is a RICS Registered Valuer. We are members of the Independent Surveyors and Valuers Association (ISVA) and Simon is South London regional director and board member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS).
