We are the Wheatgrass Family, Daniel, Britt and our son Ralph. We first discovered wheatgrass juice and its magnificent qualities over 15 years ago. Like many, for years we grew our wheatgrass in trays inside a greenhouse. Although the grass grew well, the taste and quality was all too often spoilt with the growth of moulds.
In spring 2009, after having enjoyed the benefits of wheatgrass juice for 15 years, Britt developed through her enzyme research, the specialised production method PLANT OPTO process. This research and our experience taught us that to ensure nutritionally superior wheatgrass, it must be grown naturally outdoors, over several months in the sun and rain - as nature intended. We are dedicated to spreading the wheatgrass word and supplying the very best quality wheatgrass juice.
