From creating an entirely new generation of lifelong education online to defending clinicians in the courtroom when necessary, we're tackling both sides of the risk equation and improving patient safety every day.
APS eLearning takes two decades of lessons learned in the courtroom and builds engaging and interactive online learning to help clinicians avoid common errors and improve patient safety. Focused on clinical practice in areas like obstetrics, surgery, and internal medicine, the APS eLearning curriculum reflects currently accepted standards and protocols as well as the wisdom of recognized experts.
APS Demonstrative Evidence Group contributes to judgments for the defense in over 94% of the cases we participate in, as compared to the national average of 73%. Additionally, those insurers who work most closely with APS enjoy a win rate of up to 97%. In the courtroom, key witnesses are often confronted with the difficult task of clarifying complex medical matters to a jury of laypeople, struggling to convey their information in a manner that the jury can understand.
