At Ventura, Ribeiro & Smith, our history of providing victims of accidents and negligence, and injured workers, with a strong voice in the legal process, goes all the way back to 1957, when this firm was founded in Danbury, Connecticut, by attorney Americo S. Ventura.
Today — 13 lawyers, 30 staff members and more than 50 years later — we have grown to become the largest personal injury firm in Danbury. As a result, we now have a wider geographic reach and have established offices in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and in New York City to better serve the personal injury and workers' compensation needs of people in these areas.
Those changes aside, our lawyers have never wavered in our commitment to obtaining the best possible results in every case either by working to secure timely, fair and reasonable settlements from insurance companies, or by proving our clients' cases in court.
