Touching a button connects the user to a designated provider. EasyConnect will alert its user if they have missed a call form one of their healthcare providers. Pushing the button immediately connects the user to the provider's phone.
EBA's revenue comes from sales of advertising/couponing opportunities and research services to companies interested in accessing and knowing about these large and hitherto difficult-to-reach markets.
