Established in 1971, PHD's free counseling, Baby & Maternity Closet and support services are available to women who are pregnant or parenting a child under the age of three and her family or women who have experienced a loss through abortion, adoption or death.
PHD’s MOTIVATE prevention programs are geared towards adolescents and parents examining the topics of healthy sexuality, negative consequences of early sexual involvement, relationship development, goal setting, healthy communication, anti-bullying and how to be a good friend.
