diederendirrix is an architectural office, situated in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, whose core business is architectural and urban design. diederendirrix has extensive experience in the fields of utilitarian building, housing, urban planning, residences and interior.
Because of a strong loyalty to the wishes and ideas of the client, diederendirrix looks for an effective yet individualistic interpretation of the commission. Clarifying the complexity and the synthesis of conflicting interests constitutes the core quality of our design approach. This research and interdisciplinary based approach leads to inventive and striking buildings and architectural plans. The architecture is not shocking or radically autonomous, but continually looks for the challenging relation between alienation and familiarity. diederendirrix Restauratie en herbestemming NEDINSCO in volle gang! Het rijksmonument De Nedinscofabriek in Venlo is inmiddels volledig gestript tot het monumentale casco. Vanaf nu zal de voormalige periscopenfabriek weer opnieuw worden opgebouwd, gerestaureerd en binnen een ambitieuze termijn van slechts één jaar worden opgeleverd voor een duurzame toekomst met diverse nieuwe bestemmingen, waaronder 27 startersappartementen, de radio- en televisiestudio's van Omroep Venlo en L1 en een gedeelte van het nieuwe stadskantoor.
