Many internally managed projects do not receive sufficient scrutiny and co-ordination which results in missed deadlines and unforeseen expense. We manage the entire project. Our service begins with project planning and continues into design development, budgeting and tendering which results in project implementation.
We are happy to work alongside individuals within our customer's organisation and often embed staff into the customer's business to achieve this.
