ONEX RF Machines are built tough and use patented Solid State Generator technology. The patent pending controls platform allows users to monitor and record the RF sealing cycles and allows them to detect incompletely sealed products.
The control system also features the fastest arc shut down system available, which prevents arc damage and the need for die reworking.
ONEX RF also provides Catheter RF Tip forming systems and forming dies. We have designed fast changeover mechanisms that reduce the changeover time up to 75% compared with other tip forming systems in the field.
