The Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists (referred to as Djøf) is Denmark´s largest trade union and interest organisation for students and employees within the fields of law, administration, state governance, research, education, communication, economics, political and social science with app. 70.000 members (jan 2010) who work within these fields.
Djøf is a politically independent organisation, supervised and managed by our members. Our intention is to improve the work conditions for our members. This includes individual as well as collective negotiation and bargaining on pay and work conditions. We also advise our members directly and individually in specific cases, and offer support in matters of professional development.
