I started Southgate Consulting in January 1999, with a vision of offering a highly personal recruitment service, to both Clients & Candidates. Treating people fairly and reasonably is core to our company values at Southgate Consulting at all times.
The business has now grown to accommodate both UK & Overseas projects within the broader Automotive, FMCG and Food Service sectors. I still enjoy personally working on many of our assignments, assisted by a small and loyal team enabling fast, accurate and relevant shortlisting.
With the recession, we have also started our Networking Group, which meets on a monthly basis to help unemployed individuals find work through contacts and ideas.
I am delighted to say that many of the Clients we began with in 1999 are still with us and attributing to the Company's success and stability.
